Ken,
I talked to you about the F0U1 chip. You and Alex talked about a sticker that might have been in the engine compartment. Well it wasn't in the engine but would this be it: F85F-12A650-MB. Tried several things Alex wanted me to try but no start up. Just won't turn over. I'm at my wits end on this deal, I hope this is the number ya'll need. Please let me know. Thanks for being patient and helpful.

F85F-12A650-MB is an FOU1 calibration. See my other post about ESD and a replacement ---- your 30 day satisfaction period doesn't start until we get the problem resolved. Your best bet with product support is to call me directly --- we can usually respond faster (though it does get busy around here somethings). Don't worry, we can usually resolve these issues.
