Diesels in Greenville Oct 6th 2007

I’ve put a lot of thought into the Diesels in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comGreenville</ST1</st1:City> event after the poor turnout for the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Greenville Get Together. My first thought was to just cancel the Diesels in <st1:City w:st="on"><ST1Greenville</ST1</st1:City> event, but I really don’t want to do that. The only way I can think of to prevent this is with a preregistration with payment. For the people who register this will guarantee you a spot on the Dyno. To be fair, people will be put on a list in the order their registrations are received. The registration will also include a ticket for at least one food plate. I will work on the details more later. Cost for this will start at $80. The number needed to be registered is 28. If this number is not achieved within a certain amount of time before the event, the event will be canceled and all monies refunded. A form will be designed and this form will need to be filled out and the address of where to mail it will be on the form. This is the only way I can see to prevent a reoccurrence of what happened on March 31st.

The fee wold only cover those who want to run on the dyno. Anyone who just wants to come hang out then bbq or hamburger plates would be $5.
