My air conditioner cools well some days, and other times the air is barely cool. Ford replaced the evaporator core, but the intermittent cooling problem persists. They did three tests, but the a/c was working well on the day they performed the tests. Any ideas? Should I buy an extended warrenty on my F-150 with 27,000 miles?
