Your thoughts on this deal

Hey all

Found a 07 Expy just rolled off the factory that I'm seriously interested in and wanted your thoughts, here are the details:

07 Expy Eddie Bauer Black Exterior, Camel Interior
4x4
2nd Row Bench
17" Wheels
Sirius Radio
Skid Plate Pack
Convenience Pack
Heavy Duty Trailer Tow
Black Luggage Rack
Power Liftgate
Climate Seats
Sirius Radio
Daytime Running Lights
Power Moonroof

MSRP: $43,085

I qualify for X Plan and so
My final price is $37288

Thoughts ?

I bet you could do better than X-plan on Ford's large SUV's.
