Question 11' or 12 inch clutch in 557ci rebuild

Hello, with my stock 460ci I used a high performance 11'clutch & pressure plate, now that its getting rebuild to a High Performance 557ci with around 600 to 700 horsepower would it pay to go up in size to a good 12'inch clutch ? As my 184 tooth externally balanced flywheel was a 12' from the Ford factory but I had it tapped and drilled to fit a 11' clutch as 12 inch clutch's down here in Australia are very rare, but as I am about to have some parts sent from U-S would it be worth going with the bigger 12''' or just stick with a good 11' inch clutch, Thanks Jamie, Australia...( Gearbox is a 4 speed Toploader )

Yes, the bigger diameter clutch gives you more square inches of flywheel, disc and pressure plate surface to handle the extra horsepower and torque.
