New to the forum,and looking for some help.I just bought a 56 F100,and among the things to do is upgrade the drivetrain.I have a 9'' from a mid 70's 1/2 ton-can anyone tell me if I am going to have to narrow at all or are the widths/tracking the same,and will rim offset be enough to make it work... Thanks for any and all help

Just as a real quick tip the 72 and down F100 rear ends are a direct bolt in, the 73 and up are wider....
