Media Blasting in KC area?

Can anyone recommend a good media blaster in the Kansas City area? I am unable to come up with anything in the phone book or by searching the internet. Thanks in advance!

What are you blasting. The guy down off Shawnee Mission and I-35 blasts just about anything. EAGLE blasting I think. He does steel car bodies. parts etc, had him blast my bronco frame a few years back.

I'll probably have the frame and body blasted once I find my project truck. Thanks for the lead, I'll look into it!

*ETA* That's what I was looking for. Were you happy with the work? Does anyone know of any others in the area so I can get a feel for prices?

You might also post this over on the Missouri chapter board.

Yes, it's eagle blasting. Based on the comment here I called him and will be taking two fenders, two doors, one hood and one cowl to him. Price is $350 both sides, 200 one side only. I actually need to blast them, because someone tried out a new paint sprayer on them while it was a parts truck. It's a mess.

I thought it was a bit high, what do you think?

He charged me $75 to blast my frame several years ago. He does have alot of experince with metal bodies etc and does use the appropriate media/pressure. He was happy to show me the work he did on vehicles and he normally has several in his building working on them. You'll have to be the judge on that.

That is a long way away from Shawnee Mission and I-35. That would be up in KCK, is it possibly:

Not in KCK. South of I 70. I think 32 runs east west and west from 435 will take you into Bonner Springs. East takes you to Eagle blasting and it is on the north side of the road. Can't miss it, sand everywhere.

THANKS! That would still be KCK south of I-70. I run down that highway often but I never noticed the place. I will check it out next time I am out that way.
