As for how to get them started, lunch plans, a cold one, or a car show, anything will work to get the ball rolling. Once people get active, then you could start getting feedback on the pulse of the chapter and what peoples interests are.
mrxlh I come thru Bossier City every two weeks. Maybe we can get together on one of my trips. I usually need a stop to streach the legs. I drive all the way out to West Texas. Like you said we can get things together North and South. I just hate having trucks with nothing to do.

So whazzup guys? I see two to three to four people trying to get this site stirred up and get some things going! Does a set of parameters exist that some one wanting to strike out and become the "leader of the pack" be expected to meet? Does a set of rules exist? Does a LA charter by laws and rules and regs exist? What do we need to do to get this chapter on the map?
I'm here and when I reach the 25 post requirment I'll post the info on my baby and the ton of mods. Count me in on anything you need help with to getthis thing rolling...........
I am originally from Brookhaven MS., moved to Vicksburg in 90' and now her in Mound LA. since 05'. We really like it here alot as it is pretty quite and I'm in farm country. I grew up farming with my dad and raising beef cattle so this right up my alley!!!
My Uncle has a big farm between Mound and Richman. My cousin drives those big farm tractors during the year for the local farmers. Back in the 70's they use to have hungreds of cattle.
Those big power lines go through there back pasture.
My father was born and raised in Thomastown. Which was my great grandfathers plantation. Not much left. We own some property there at Hope.
Mother was raised in Newelton.
Those big power lines are about 1/2 mile from our house. I can them from our back patio. I'll be at Richman in the morning at the DMV getting the new plate for the EX. Let me know when and where the gathering will be?
