Resistance values for 4.6l 98 f250 Plug wires?

You could only test for a short in the coil conclusively, but if they aren't shorting then it will not provide you with much information. Plug wires really depend on thier manufacture and type. I think solid wires have little to no resistance, while resistor core wires can have upto 1m Ohm. Try compairing all 6 and if one is far beyond the rest, replace the set. Of course it doesn't hurt to change the wires out around every 50-75k miles. There are also some aftermarket coils that aren't very expensive.

resistance
Last thing I heard was 20K for a max, something like 5K per foot. But that has been a day or so ago (or a year or 2 or 10!). I stopped checking when I went to spiral cores for the radio. I only check to see if they are open (use the tone function) because of pulling too hard on the boots. Coils have so little resistance because of 1/2 tap that primary side is around 1.5 ohms dont recall the secondary side, but its low. Chilton or haynes may have some values. I vote for reAX's answer!
