6.0 Wastgate noise
After climbing a steep hill 17%, with the pedal to the floor should there ever be a noise like a suttering, possibly from the wastegate when you back out of it? Do I have a problem with the turbo?

Your turbo issue needs the expertise found in our tech forums. Find the forum for your engine or use the Super Duty forum as you already have.
For local support be sure and stop by your CA state chapter. It's located towards the end of the forums list.
