Need X-Plan Pin#, please

Taking delivery of a 2008 F250 SC 6.4L Diesel on Thursday, Dec 13.
Would be very grateful, if someone could spare an X-Plan Pin#. Dealer accepts X-Plan for that vehicle.
Thank-you.

Thanks for the info, JR! I thought maybe since that was an older post, it wasn't available. But since you were the OP, I emailed Scott!
Thanks again.

I would be interested in receiving an x-plan pin. I used the x-plan once before to purchase an Expy but I was required to show proof of employment. Is this still the case? If so, how would having a pin help if I can't prove employment?

Thanks!

you don't need to prove employment with an xplan pin if it's issued by a Ford employee.

It varies based on the sticker price and options, just for an example my truck stickered for just over $47K and the xplan was just over 43K.
Check out the info below for a xplan pin.

I'm looking to purhcase my 2nd ford truck. I sold my first one a couple of years ago and have missed it ever since. I would mainly like to say thanks for the information regarding the X-plan. It will be saving me about $1000. I should be going sometime in the next week or so to purchase the truck. I would also like to thank Scott Hatkow for all the help he has provided.

Is there a website that you can build a truck and get x-plan pricing? 3 years ago when I was ordering my truck i was able to get on the ford website and get x-plan pricing. I bookmarked the address, but it is no longer working.

Thanks
Taz

Got the word from my boss that he will let me loose in two or three weeks to purchase or order my new truck. He will not buy bigger than a f-150. I am trying to push for at least an extended cab xlt so that it is not just a stripped down worktruck. I spend a lot of time traveling in the truck and it would be much nicer to have more storage behind the seat

The only way that I might be able to sway him is to compare what he would pay for a reg cab to what we can get a supercab for on the x-plan. I will be requesting an x-plan pin as soon as this question is answered. Is the pin assigned to a specific name(not the giver, but the receiver)? In other words would I request the pin in my name or in the company name who is buying the truck? Is it ok to use the pin for a company purchased vehicle?

Please help me get a supercab rather than being cramped up in a regular cab like I've been in the past 7 years!

Thank you
Taz

The xplan pin should be issued the the actual purchaser IE: whomever the vehicle will be titled to. It should be ok for it to be in a company name, but check with the person that is issuing the pin.
