We cut some wicked hills (not very well mind you). Probably about 6 acres of them. Some to the point where you would just slide down sideways (maybe 40 degrees or more, I don't really know). Had some of scariest moments of my life the first few times I was on them. Then they became fun to see who had the guts to ride it out on the hills.

All three Scags did, but the Deere didn't. None of them had the seatbelts left, so the ROPS were pretty much useless, but I guess you could buy yourself some time with them in a rollover. Most of our problems were just sliding to the side or lifting the front tires in the air on a turn. I wish I had some pics of what we used to cut.

Yeah I love ROPS. I wish the town had left the seatbelts on them. It might be a little uncomftorable, but I'd wear them on the hills.

I'm an apprentice technician at a Lexus dealership full-time. I'll be starting Tech-school Sept. '08. I work on the horse farm w/my uncle in VA on the weekends and currently I'm trying to get my old dump truck running so I can make money on the side hauling crap for people that don't want to get rid of their own crap. I have a bachelor's degree but quickly found out that a white collar job ain't for me. I'll put that degree to use when I open my own shop later in life.

I'm hoping to be an Automotive Mechanic. Right now im doing a co-op at a garage and i love it. im hoping they'll hire me part time leading to full time as an aprentice. If I cant get hired thier im thinking about being a machinist or a professional engine builder at BULLET engines. I used to work at Metalcraft Marine Inc. for a summer as a labourer.hard work but it was rewarding. look them up on google.

I'm 17, a junior in high school, no job, and not a clue on what I want to study when I go to college. I have some hogs and cows, and sell their piglets and calves to people for county fairs. The only thing I know I want after college is a family and a farm. Oh, and a Ford truck. Ha.

Go to school for agriculture. I decided not to go to college right away to find out what I wanted to do. I found out that what I wanted to do is what I've done for years... farm.
