99 Expedition - Where is the low pressure connector?

Hi-

I am looking to recharge my 99 Expys AC, but my Haynes book shows the low pressure connector near the tranny dipstick and I don't see one.

Maybe it got moved after 97?

Thanks,
Kenny

lsrx101 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Before you recharge it, peel the foam off of the accumulator (the metal can that has the low side connection). If you see rust, you will have to replace it. They rust through and leak the refrigerant out quickly.
You really should find where your leak is and fix it regardless. Leaks only get worse.
