Ms started in 77, or 77 1/2, depending on source. 77 had the old grille, but the model badge moved from the fender to the cowl, and had gas doors instead of the cap on the side of the bed.
cool thanks, this one looks like it has 2 gas doors on the side of the bed and a cap on the side of the cab lol.
Im going to go look at a 78 bko today, has a 300 in it. Only $500 obo.

I bought the 87 bronco xlt today. $800. 193,000km, Its fairly rusty, runs excellent tho and shifts firm n crisp. Almost feels like theres a shift kit in it. I think its an AOD. 3.55 l/s. Shes a loud one, dual dynomax exhuast no cats. I was looking for something that ran good and didnt have to look that great, opposed to looking good and running like crap. Well I got just that lol. Will post pics tomorow for yall.
maybe down the road...it needs rotors, shoes, u-joints and probably balljoints. So add that all up and compare it to the $200 '76 HP44 I found, with all the suspension and steering components. Says everything is tight on it so it should be a good deal. Got a buddy who has a full machine shop at his disposal so the installment shouldnt cost me anymore than a case of beer. Gettin a sassy sally sassafrass swap deal in the making!
(as you can tell Im getting tired of seeing 'SAS' everywhere these days, and prefer to call it sassafrass lol)
