Inner door panel removal
How do you remove the inner door panel? Im removing my factory door handles and replacing them.... has anyone taken off the door panel yet to the inside or know how to do it? i know i have to take off the windows switch panel and then the tow mirrors panel, but after that what do you do? are there any hidden skrews anywhere or are they all just clips? I would appreciate any info, thanks

I'm not familiar with the '08's but my guess is they are the same as the earlier SD's.
If this is true, there should be 2 screws, the one you found (under the window switch thing) and another hiding behind the courtesy light cover at the bottom corner of the door. Then just pull up so the tabs that hold the panel on pull out.
Hope that helps! (sorry if the new '08's are different and I gave you useless information )

Just vouching for this thread, pbeering has it dead on.
Yes, definitely have to remove the triangular trim panel (mirror trim piece) and it's easier to get the switch panels out ahead of time in order to remove the connectors to each switch.
To install door panel, ensure you have the lock tab lined up in the hole and all the male ends of the door panel itself lined up with the inner door skin, then push in and down until your screw holes line up - BAM, done.
This is probably the easiest door panel I've ever removed in my life!
