U-Bolt Torque Specs

Does anyone know the proper torque specs for the spring to axle u-bolts? I'm using 5/8" bolts in the rear, 9/16" in the front. I don't know if that is the original size, but its what I'm going with. Thanks for your help,

redneck as it sounds, i always use my impact, and it's pretty stout. 700 ft. lbs.
