Transmission problem?

So I just put my truck through a 3 inch lift, and it is an automatic. When I put it in drive it is supposed to move a little. It takes a little gas just to get it to get going. Then when I drive down the road and let off the gas it is supposed to coast until i press the brake. Without pressing the brake I will let off the gas and it will low down to a complete stop on its own. what the hell is going on? I hope it is not transmission problems. I just recently changed the transmission filter and the fluid as well as the gasket to the transmission pan. All is replaced as well as oil oil filter, plugs, all grounds. Everythign is fine. Checked under the truck. No kinked lines anywhere. I am begining to get worried because this was not a problem before. Any suggestions?

I'd second the e brake cables being tight and the rear is dragging.

Thanks guys I never thought about that. No I did not adjust that, what does it take to adjust that? I have no idea where to start. I know it goes to my bake brakes and all, but how do I do an adjustment. that is why i press on the gas and i have such a hard time trying to take off. At least my e-brake works huh? HAHAH!

The cables from both rear drums go to a point where they hook to one cable by the tranny. On this one cable you will see an ajusting rod.

So I take it you got a chance to look at it and re-adjust, now all is good?

And don't feel bad about overlooking that, I did the same thing when I lifted my F-150 the 1st time. I think it is a common mistake.
