Lense for lighted visor

I'm in need of a lense for the lighted visor. Anyone know where to look beside ebay. Are there other Ford models that had this same lense ? Lincolns,LTDS,??????? Thanks

I'm not sure if the car vanity mirrors/lenses are same size as the trucks.

If you want I can check as I have a set for a car in the garage.
