The HPX is for connecting the oil rails together to ensure steady oil pressure to the injectors. Now the oil pressure can be different in the two rails and in those injectors.
CC is to remove the air from the fuel line and ensure the steady fuel to all injectors. Air is the "diablo" here which makes our beloved engine knocking and rattling like crazy
To add these mods, as a side effect to the fact you'll get engine running better, is that the noise will calm down a lot. That's of course not the main idea here, but that happens when everything (fuel and oil) goes like in the "real" diesel engines. The Ford diesel engineers must have been busy when launching this 7.3 PSD

CC will take 3-5 hours and you have to remove the IC pipes. I'm going for this one soon too. As I don't have the garage, it is outside job (98*F afternoon), I'll try to start in the cooler morning.
HPX 30min, if doing everything calmly and doesn't have to remove anything.

Yep, just ordered mine. Hopefully it is as good as advertised here.
I can understand the problem in the stock fuel lines and I believe that this will help.
After "burn out" and hitting the gas and speeding somewhere 70mph (normal industrial area, 55mph limit, driving ), my engine always seems to be little "confused" after you stop to e.g. signal lights and let it iddle, after like 10s it seems to run steady again. It is maybe de-fueling or air problem. I don't have the tank mod yet.
