extended brake lines

Depends on how much lift you have man.
Anything under 8" will be no problem. Superlift will make them.
If you are running a custom lift thats sky-high, try this place:

Look under "Brakes". You'll have to call them if you go that route, as they are all custom.

Man this thing is posted everywhere.
Most kits come with extended brake lines. Simply look at the materials list for the ones that do, and use the part number from that kit to purchase just the lines.
SUperlift, Explorer Pro-comp, and many others make them, and they are easy to find that way.
