Fuel Mileage: Ford 460 vs. Chevy 454?
#16
Edit: Please forgive me if my speeds were off. I am terrible at changing english to metric. I was taught the most illogical method of measurement ever conceived in school. 12 inches in a foot? 5280 feet in a mile? There is no consistency to it and it appears the numbers were made up at random.

Jhouse, we forgive you for being totally wrong.
There's no stretch of road in this whole country that's 60 kmph for more than 100km, let alone 1000 km. There are lots of long stretches at 90 and 100. I've driven every inch of the highways between Montana and the Yukon border over the last ten years, and I'm certain about that. Fuel prices do get pretty high when you get up north. you can add 30% to the price you get in Calgary when you are talking about Fort Nelson or further north.
