Unhappy front end clunk

2002 ford f150 rear wheel drive. I have a clunking noise in front end when hitting bumps. Has anyone had this problem, if so what is it? Truck has been in shop for one week now.

Most likely sway bar links, but if it's been there for a week it could be anything.

could be any number of things, upper or lower ball joint, worn out sway bar bushing(s), worn out lower A-arm bushing(s), worn out upper A-arm bushing(s).

My clunk in my 05 was in the steering system, I returned the truck off lease before I ever fixed it. I have a new 150 screw now...Love them, FORD RULES
