Question Replacement NAV Options

Just wondering what aftermarket alternative to the Ford factory NAV system are out there. Do any still allow you to utilize the SAT radio antenna, and steering wheel controls? Where would one install the GPS antenna?

If you're just looking for a stand alone GPS unit, there are all kinds of quality products. I have the TomTom GO 910. It simple suction-cups to the windshield and is powered by a 12v "cig-lighter" socket. No hard wiring and the antenna is within the unit. Its the only GPS I've owned, but I am absolutely 100% satisfied with it.

I bought the new Eclipse AVN 6610 and I love it! Best navigation system I have ever used in all my vehicles. If you want the best this is the unit for you!
