Ok so heres the deal I have a 1988 f150 4x2 pickup with a title that I was going to use for parts,but things changed.It has a 300-6 that wont start (blown head gasket?)The truck was a nice rust free dent free good runner that has been hit at the front pass side bumper and pushed everything back on the pass side hood is not damaged,bed is 8' rust free but has a small wave in it where some one kicked it on the driver side.The driver side fender,door are good,good rear bumper has helper springs installed a good c6 tranny the motor is clean no oil leaks and everything is hooked up that should be nothing hacked.the truck has air.inside is worn as a work truck would be.Theres a ton of good stuff on this truck and I would like to see someone from FTE get it and use it then give it to a scrap yard.What I want off of it are the wheels and tires (my 86 needs them) so you will need wheels to move it.I will not part it out I need it gone from my shop by the 1st of June.If anybody wants it pm me and its yours.

 

hi with this truck my son lives in Old Bridge in my old house . I spoke to my son today and he has expressed some interest in this truck. He would want to fix it up and drive it and try to make some money with it. In your opinion is it worth it?

I would also need to know what kind of rims would it take ( 5 lugs or six)

Does it have good inspection? so that it can sit on the property until we fix it?

Bob, the 88 F150 4x2 should have 5 lug hubs and spindles.
