I have owned an even 20 Fords and some others: (starting in 1965):
1956 Mercury Custom 2-door hardtop
1950 Ford Custom 2-door sedan
1956 Ford Victoria 2-door hardtop - FIVE of these (some for parts)
1964 Honda Scrambler Motorcycle
1956 Ford 4-door sedan
1956 Ford 2-door sedan
1959 Ford 2-door wagon
1963 VW Kombi Van
1959 VW Sedan
1946 Harley Davidson Flathead 45 Motorcycle
1959 Ford 4-door sedan
1957 Ford Panel Truck
1965 Triumph Bonneville Motorcycle
1959 Ford Pickup truck (parts truck)
1964 Ford Falcon Sprint hardtop
1962 Ford Falcon 2-door sedan
1960 Ford Pickup Truck (parts truck)
1965 Porsche "C" 2-door coupe
1965 Mercury Montclair 4-door sedan (inherited from my Dad)
1937 Dodge Pickup Truck (inherited from my Grand-Dad)
1965 Ford F-100 Pickup Truck
1963 Jeep Pickup Truck (inherited from my Dad)
All I have now is:
1961 Ford F-100 Pickup (current project)
1968 Ford F-350 Stake-bed (current driver) LATEST YEAR I'VE OWNED!

I learned to drive on my Dad's '51 F-1, so I guess I got Ford trucks in my blood from the beginning.

I am over in northern Frederick County, just south of Gettysburg. I'll be making it to some of the meets, but I am trying to get my '61 ready to sell. I wish I could bring it along, but the bearings in the 223 will not allow it to get over 40 mph, so I've never had it more than 20 miles from home. I am in the process of putting a 390 in it, which should make it a little better on the highway. Do a search of 1961 in the titles of the FTE classified ads if you want to see what it looks like.

You'll really enjoy it, we had a caravan of 4 other 61-66 trucks driving down there, every time we stopped, people would say "headin to pigeon forge?" Have fun.
