New chapter membership rules

This was posted on the Chapter Leaders Forum on 16 APR 07: An automated routine was run this morning which removed chapter membership from those who don't have the chapter's state/region listed in their profile. If you have join requests from users not living in the chapter's geographic location please do not approve it. The members that didn't live here were stripped from Arkansas chapter membership. There may be exceptions on a case by case bases (like if you live in Memphis or Texarkana, TX.) If you were knocked out of the chapter and you live in Arkansas make sure your profile reflects where you live and resubmit a request. THX, jimbo
