Need a new clutch

Hey Guys

How is everyone.
I'm in the market for a new clutch for my '94 F150 I6 4x4, just wondering which is the best to get.
I only tow a couple of quads once in a while and 90% of my driving is around town so i don't need a heavy duty one.
Also I have read somewhere that you can use either a 10" or 11", they both fit, is there any advantage to using one or the other if this is true.
Lastly, How much for a complete kit, where is a good place to buy from, I'm up the coast from Vancouver so would have to add freight.
Thanks for any and all input.

I wouldnt totally rule out a heavy duty clutch. When I had to replace mine in my mustang a few years back, to go with the heavy duty one wasnt that much more in price, and it sure was alot tougher.
