Slowing down one day the speedo quit. The ABS and brake light came on. Replaced the sensor in the rear end, new ABS Module, checked fuses,wiring and gear in rear end. I am at a loss what to check next. I have a 1995 Ford F-150 4x4 Eddie Bauer X-cab.

 

I do not know if a PSOM can turn on the ABS light on not but it is the only thing I can think of. I would think it would be worth a try, just pick one up at your salvage yard. Buy a cluster with out a tachometer they are cheaper and it never hurts to have a spare PSOM. I think they are all the same from 1992 to 1996.

 

No they're not all the same.

92-93 interchange, 94-95 interchange, and 96 is unique.

 

I am talking about the PSOM not the cluster.
You get rid of the cluster and keep the PSOM.

 

Check the vehicle speed sensor. It will cause speedometer, ABS, and cruise control problems.
