Top and bottom (2” thick): http://img57.imageshack.us/img57/2016/dsc01914uf4.jpg
The top, bottom, and one side (these were a bitch to put in myself!): http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/3838/dsc01928ke3.jpg

Wall assembled (it will be moved back about 5”): http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/4177/dsc01941cr2.jpg
http://img57.imageshack.us/img57/4361/dsc01942nw3.jpg

The baffle (3” thick, unfinished): http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/6236/dsc02257xl2.jpg

Anyone want (12) 1” thick 18” Solo X cut outs?: http://img57.imageshack.us/img57/3900/dsc02247qp1.jpg

The longest screws I could find are 4.5” long so that’s what I used: http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/3705/dsc01925no5.jpg

This is where the third row of seats went. Now it will be used to stop the enclosure from moving forward:
http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/4774/dsc01940xb1.jpg

The brace I am am using is made out of AR500 high strength steel and welded with CoreX6 high strength welding wire and I used 7/ 16’ grade 8 bolts to secure it to the enclosure.

Trim panels to close off the sides of the back of the vehicle:

And no it’s not done yet. I need to build something to close off the bottom section of the spare tire.

I will have three 205-amp alternators. One will go in the OEM alternator spot and the other two will go above it. This is what things look fully stock:

I will build my brackets off of the OEM alternator bracket. The bracket is FULLY adjustable on all three axis’s.

My little welding station :P: http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/2072/dsc02209yw9.jpg

The bracket is two pieces. This is the second piece: http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/4778/dsc02227ka0.jpg
Here is how the alternators will sit in the engine (not adjusted yet): http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/3033/dsc02229hi2.jpg
The alternators will have dual pullys so I can run the main belt around the two Jeep alternators and run a second belt from the Jeep alternators to the Ford alternator (the one in the OEM spot). This is how I will route things:

Me : http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/9440/dsc02218gv2.jpg

I was having a problem with one of the alternators. The rotor magnets were brushing up against the stators. So I rebuilt part of the alternator. I replaced the barrings, field rotor contacts and had the rotor magnets laythed down a couple hundreds of an inch:

Yes I will run in SPL comps with it like my last vehicle. I do not know if it will be IASCA or USACi or MECA or dB. Drag or SLAP or NSPL. But it will be some of those. Depends what they got around where I am moving to.

couldn't even imagine. i had a mustang that had all orion hcca amps. back in 92 when they were really good.. had a 250 hcca, 225 hcca, 425hcca, and 1 beast amp. they were running at 1/2 ohm. had 2-15dvc orion subs. all other speakers were mb quart. hit 157db at a db drag comp. broke the back window once. that was back in 92 and that cost me about $7000.... so i kind of know where you are coming from. but its been years. check my gallery for what i have now. its not as much as my mustang.

Why don't you get that spare out of there and run a sealer in the tires? Not that Fix-a-flat crap, I'm talking real sealer. There are a number on the market. Ride-On has a great reputation in the motorcycling & off-road community.

Just a thought to free up more space and to make the back a bit more symmetrical.

BTW, when we asked for pics we wanted them in your gallery! Don't be surprised when a Mod comes around and changes all your pics to links. Folks with dial-up will staring at the screen for quite awhile waiting for all those pics to load.
