Ok, better check in before Georgie busts my *****....LOL.
Another "X" on the calendar for me! How are the rest of you doing? And thanks alot for helping me get through the past couple of days.
I went in my glovebox to grab my easy past and that damn pack of smokes is still there.....did I touch it? HELL NO!!

I give up. I have come to the conclusion, no matter what you do, if it's your time, its gonna happen. I went on this diet in April. Lost very close to 40 lbs. Get a call from my cardiologist today and my triglycerides and cholesterol are higher now that I am 40 pounds lighter and a non-smoker!! WTF!! I give up folks.....I am going to live what time I have happy..............this is bs!

You know Brenda if your parents had high cholesterol then you are doomed to have it also. My wife eats all of the healthy foods, (not like me), takes medicine for it and nothing seems to work.
The Doc told her since it ran in her family, she is going to have it also.

Being adopted, I don't know too much other than no cancer, etc., so I'm screwed that way. It's just a major let down that I did all that work and sacrificing for what? And now, I'm doing it with smoking. No way!! I'm just not a happy camper right now! Dang it! I'm doomed!
