I have decided that I am going to go with Mobile 1 5w20 full synthetic. Truck has only had 1 oil change so I figure now is a good time to make the change. I found 5 qt containers at wally world for $23.50. Under $5 a quart is pretty good. I will probably change at intervals of 7500 miles since I drive 90% highway without any towing.
