need a f53 forum site ,help

need new leafspring shackles,ford wants 950.00 each,,what the f,,, no way..
need custom bushings,they don't make replacement bushings have to buy new shackles,,yeah right,those f bastar##,,,,,,,,think polyurathane is the way to go,,who makes them??????????????????
