Can anyone recommend a body shop for some very minor repairs?
I have a 2001 Prism (I know it is a Chevy, don't shoot me) that I noticed a dime size rust spot on the wheel well that is getting ready to break through. GM's warranty on body ends at 6 years or 100k miles. I have over 100k on this car so I am on my own. This is my daily driver (60 miles roundtrip for work) and would like to take care of this before it becomes a large problem.
If I got that right your needing to do a wheel, so if I were you I would have it powder coated instead of painted. Its a lot more durible and will last longer then the Prism

It's a little more expensive, but they do the work right.
The Winner Premier Collision Center on Route 13 just before you get into wilmington, on the right side.
They do outstanding work, and I say that from experiance, not just because I work for Winner. In fact, I recommend NOT going to the Newark Body Shop. The Wilmington Premier Center is just that much better.
However, you might want to get a quote from Newark, (which will probably be less than Wilmington) and then go to wilmington to get the work done. That might save you a few bucks.
If you go to either one, just tell them "The Winner Network Guy, Rob sent you there." They'll treat you right.
