OBD II / drivabilty problems

i have a 2001 F-150. i had installed a 4.6 out of a 2001 police car into the truck. swapped all accesorys from the truck motor to the police motor. i have had, to say the least, several issue's with the swap over. im currently down to, i think, one issue. one you first start the vehicle the engine runs normal, as in no restrictions to engine rpm. after about 10 - 15 secs the engine cuts back to aprox 2000 rpm and doesnt go any higher. no if i turn the key off and back on i get another 10 or 15 seconds of full throttle response. i havent had a chance to pull the codes from this last adventure, but have previously had the "manuf fuel control" code every time. im about at the end of my rope on this one, any help might make my stay at the funny farm that much shorter.

Is the ecm pulling fuel or spark? I think the cars had a returnless fuel system, while your truck should have had a return fuel system.

it was the B COP that was the problem. fixed that but still having problems getting truck to idle/run. it acts like the timing is to retarded. i keep getting the "manuf fuel control" code coming up to. max speed on the truck is about 65 mph down hill. i looked at the fuel rail from the car and it has two lines coming off of it. the only thing else i have noticed is that when you go to the input page of the reader it shows O2, HO2, EVAP, and catalyst systems "not ready"

Please post EXACT fault codes, not generic definitions.

Your emissions monitors haven't run yet. Normal. Certain conditions must be met in order for the monitors to run. Thas can take multiple drive cycles, sometimes over days or even, in extreme cases, weeks (or more).

Have you measured your fuel pressure yet? Checked base ignition timing? Checked manifold vacuum for base engine concerns? Checked for normal compression?

here are the codes from today 1131, 1151, 0174, 0136. fuel pressure runs about 36-40 psi. havent checked compression or timing (not sure how to even check it on these newer motors).

P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1.
This can be a bad sensor or a large vacuum leak.

P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2.
This can also be a bad sensor,or again..a large vacuum leak.

P0136 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
This one can be a bad sensor,or a wiring fault.

P0174 System Too Lean - Bank No. 2.
This is typically a small vacuum leak or from a high mileage sensor.

With these codes all together-I'm suspicous of fuel pressure, and you have a wiring issues on that circuit fault or a bad o2 sensor.
