Does clay bars help smoothing paint imperfections?

A clay takes everything off the paint like dirt and wax, It doesnt affect the paint in anyway except cleans it

Well I tried a new product, to me, Armorall tire gel. IMO this stuff is great. It comes with a foam applicator that is grooved in the middle to hold the gel. No more spray or foam getting where you don't want it. Hands don't get all gummed up with the crap.
And it seems to last longer than anything else I have tried.

Used it for the first time when we went to Carlisle ATN. All of the road grime and dust from that show came off with washing today.

Shine looks as good as when it was first applied.
