Outside truck temp. gauge ??
When I replaced my brakes I also disconnected the battery thinking it would reset the brain. Well now the outside temperature reads between 94 to 105 deg. It is only 55 to 65 degrees. Is there a way to recalibrate that thermistate? I tried the trip calibration but it only effects the gps. I wanted to reset the brain because the pedal responce seems to be poor. It might just be a timeing issue. Thanks for your input.

Old thread here, but I was wondering if there was a way to calibrate this sensor too. I guess I will just drive around a bit.
I bought a new (to me, 2004) truck, gauge was reading consistently 10deg low. So I searched around, decided to order a new sensor, added it, and I am still 10deg low. Said 44 degrees in my garage yesterday, it was probably 54 degrees.
Just curious if there is any way to calibrate that anyone might be aware of.

Only thing to calibrate would be compass if that's off.
