THIS ISN'T A POST TO SELL MY TRUCK, i just need advice on how much its worth.

I hate to do this but I gotta sell my 85 f250. She's an IDI with a 4 spd. trans and most likely a numerically high rear axl (like around 4.30 or so). It has almost 300,00 miles on it but runs good. It looks horrible though and the body has a decent amount of rust, but not too horrible.

I have it listed locally for $1300 expecting to get at least $1000. Is this a fair offer or am I high balling it? I had an offer for $800 cash....should I take it? Im not really in a major rush to get rid of it, its just taking up space and is unused.
