Hi folks! I'm sharing a shop with a couple of guys in Sumter. It's big enough for about 5 trucks to fit comfortably. I have 2 in it right now. There are no lifts, but it is a secure place to store your tools and trucks while you're working on them. Problem is, my shopmates are bailing out on me. One guy is moving, and the other is having a garage built. I REALLY don't want to get rid of my shop, but I don't want to shell out $300+ every month for rent. Right now, I'm 1 of 3 guys in the shop, and I pay $115 a month. That takes care of rent and utilities. We all 3 have shop keys and come and go as we please. I work swings, so sometimes I'm in the shop at 3 am banging away, and nobody cares because it's in an industrial area. I really need to find 1, preferably 2 people to share shop space and rent with before 27 April, or I lose the shop. PLEASE HELP ME KEEP MY SHOP! I will answer any questions, and am willing to meet you at the shop at any time if you want to see it. HELP!

I forgot to mention it has electricity/lights, a bathroom, a lockable roll-up garage door, and a front and rear double-locked conventional door. This place is perfect for someone with a project but no garage. There's got to be someone in this area that needs something like this. BTW, this is not a scam. I'm not looking to rip anybody off. I just want to keep my shop. I'm military, so it's nice to have a place to store my trucks in case I have to leave in a hurry...
