08 psd fx4 lifted....

So i came across these pictures as i was surfin the net. It looks like it has a 6" lift on it with the KMC 22" rockstar wheels (very nicely done.) My questions for all of you is... does anybody know what kind of tires he is riding just by looking at maybe the tread pattern and what kind of wheels its on, i know its kind of a broad question to be asking but i like the tread pattern on them. Also check out the exhaust im trying to figure out whether he had these 4"and/or5" tips welded on or if a aftermarket company is making this or something? If anyone has any information, let me know... by the way i give credit to whoever's truck this is... i think they did a very clean job with it.

This truck is for sale at North Texas Nissan in Denton, TX. I was looking at a couple trucks they have there, but never ended up going out there to look. Couldn't get a salesperson to call me back, e-mail, etc etc.

Those tires are Kumo road venture's I beleave....and it sure does look like those tips were added on to the existing factory exhaust system. I wonder how much of the intercooling ducts are covered up. Thats a great looking truck, very nice!

I wonder what it is doing at a Nissan dealership already...someone dropped some heavy duty cash on the lift, wheels, tires, etc....

Just to let you guys know I am currently taking the 6.4L class this week and changing any part of the exhaust including the tailpipe is illegal and is considered tampering w/ emission equipment. There was one of these for sale on ebay last week w/ an aftermerket exhaust and ebay was forced to have it removed and I was told that the owner had emission charges filed against him by the class instructor.. YES THE TAILPIPES ARE EMISSION EQUIPMENT ON THE 6.4L. They allow it to cool slightly and pull in fresh oxygen to help reduce emisisons. Also to let you know do not park your truck on the tailpipe side next to anything-these temps can exceed 6-800*F especially in regeneration mode..

Really? The flames didn't give it away.

I might have to drive over to Denton tommorow and take a look at that thing, just for curiosity's sake.

I've also been looking at this one on Ebay. Personally, I like this one better. Both are nice.

actually it is from regeneration... and that is the reason for the first recall flash of the pcm.. which these will not shoot flames all on their own like the youtube video.. it was made to that..
