Coil springs in 2000

Hey everyone..This may be another stupid question but in my 97 ford I had coil springs right by the tire of course.. I now have a 2000 F-150 4x4 and I see no coil springs?? I see the shocks and all..do the coil springs have covers on them.???

Nope, No coil springs. The 4x4's use torsion bars.
