Smoked Salmon for Country Ham?

There is great seafood in WA, but you will probably die before you find liver puddin or country ham. I can make both, but country ham takes takes a year for it to be good, not to mention the hassle.

Anyone willing to hog trade?

Maybe if it was packed in dry ice and shipped next day air? I might just have to suggest that to my cousin in Banner Elk, I've had a craving for some liver mush...
