New (to my son) '85 Full size Bronco. Wondering what seats we can use to replace the existing flip up ones. Do I understand correctly that 80 -86 will exactly fit? What other choices do we have. Would like to keep the 'Flip up' style. Maybe a split bench?
Any help would be appreciated.

OK maybe I'm a little confused here. Why would you want to replace the flip-up style? How do you plan to get in the back seat? My son and I are putting a set of 92 model seats that flip up in his 78 Bronco because his brother and sister are tired of climbing past the "lean-forward" type that the truck came with. Like I said not trying to be smart-aleck, just can't understand why you wouldn't like this type seat. Later Whit

 

Actually, we want to replace old, ripped, worn out seats for new ones. We want to keep the 'flip up' style, but are wondering what other vehicle seats might match this type of seat. We are having a hard time finding 'Bronco' seats and thought maybe someone would know of other vehicle seats that may work. Ideally, he would like high back seats that flip forward. Black in color, but grey would work, too. Even considering a bench type, but unsure if these even come in a flip up.

Again, any help would be great!

Any seats form an '80-'86 full size Bronco will work. A split bench seat from either a Bronco Custom or an extended cab F150 will work- I think I remember something about having to use the bench seat brackets instead of the bucket seat brackets for the split bench.
