OBX How hard would it be to set up a GTG at the beach say in Sept or Oct? With a hotel?
I dont think it would be hard at all. We got a hotel with a resturaunt and conference center. I would have to check the ole books to see what is going on but there is alot of other places to around here.
Here is ours http://www.searanchhotel.com/
Well the beginning of October prices on everything goes down and it is still pretty nice outside. You never know down here though one day in the middle of summer or winter it can be 40 degrees and 80 degrees the next day. By october though it calms down alot down here.
I'm brand new to the chapter and just a private......BUT......
Are we still invading Washington?.........
if so, I propose a full assault by coronary...........Stuff 'em full of moon pies and fried pork skins and washed down with mega-gallons of Cheerwine.......We've got the resistance to that crap built into our DNA, and we can walk right over the Washington boys and their fat, waddling butts after they gorge themselves on these delicious, but deadly Carolina treats......
Oh....I'm a Carteret County native......Eastern BBQ over Western BBQ any day of the week!........
