Nuj79, The F150 was introduced as a way to keep the pickup out of the unleaded gas line. Other than badging the visual aspect is nill. You would have to be up on your ID skills to notice the differences.
Changing to unleaded gas has saved us many dollars in spark plugs, exhaust systems etc.

Sorry, can't agree with you on this issue.
Money well saved? The entire concept of leaded gas (first use and trademarked as Ethyl in 1925) was to prevent predetonation and save the valves. Lead acts as a cooling agent. Without lead, y'all better install hard valve seats, 'cuz without them, you will soon have burnt valves.
Yes Sir, you betcha...start saving those many dollars by using unleaded gas, so you can pay for a valve grind to correct burnt valves caused by unleaded gas.
Another drawback of unleaded gas, is one needs a hotter spark to ignite and burn it properly. That has lead (no pun intended) to the nightmare of all the electronic distributors/ignition modules/onboard computers and other crappola. It's getting so bad, the average Joe can't fix his own vehicle anymore. Just what the EPA/petroleum industry and automakers had in mind when they initiated using the *&%%$ gas.
