OK guys, we all know that when something is ordered in the mail we are at the mercy of the retailer whatever it might be. No matter how much we ask for help or call the customer service line nothing seems to answer any of the questions we have. This is a post for those who have done a body lift and know what process it takes. These are not always easy unless you have the time or experience. For some of us this is more great info for use to hand to other truck guys/gals that need a hand, as well as myself.
Items: Body mount bushings (probably some that are new since that would be the smart idea) Bolts, nuts, brackets, whatever inch blocks for the lift project. Remember STEP BY STEP info about how and what to do. This is for helpful information to me and others. This should really help me or anyone else who is in this do-it-yourself phase.

The first thing is I have new polyuerathane bushings to replace the old rubber ones. The old ones have been cut out with a sawzaw because they were to damn rusted in there to do anything with.

Now that they are out I have no idea if I need to reuse the bolt that is tack welded to the nut, on the bottom, that the old bolt screwed into(retainer sleeve). If I do...how? Do I need a new retainer sleeve? Advice, it is confusing! Please post in detail and post pics if possible.

Thanks for all the insite?? I found out from a couple of dependable ford truck users on here such as Franken Truck...KUDOS bro!! I probably could have reused these if I took them out the right way, but I will be replacing what I cut now. If I only knew what I know now.

I hope this helps anyone who gets any kit with BS directions. No pictures no detailed explaination and every intention of having someone else do it and pay them 500 or more to do it. A waste!! If you ask me it really isn't all that hard. The hard part was learning if you find that hard. Tomorrow I go and pick up my NEW core support and then I have to check out the yards for some front cab retainer sleeves and then put her back together again. I will post everything on my before and after thread.
