Mine are really tight to turn, I pulled off the driver side one and pulled it apart totally. I cleadned it and re greased it. The problem in in the turning mech. thare is a rubber seal/boot that covers it on the inside. Is this part replacable? I want to remove it to clean and lubricate the mechenism. I have a buddy that used to have the same problem and he did the same thing i just did and it did'nt help him either.
I noticed on my 2007 SD it is super easy to engage. what changed? is it interchangable to my 99?
