It takes some surfing around at their site, but a lot of stuff that I MYSELF was not aware of is there, with product descriptions. The LAP JOINT SEALER for EPDM roofs is my target, and what we need is a source to order it from without going through a middle man (such as an RV Dealership. ANYTHING bought at a Dealership has a considerable markup!).
Your ball - let's see what we can find.
The Lap Joint Sealer is found under roofing maintenance. It is the same we use at the dealerships. Except that it comes in different colors...
Even at three and a half bucks a tube, if you can apply it yourself -you'll be better off than shelling $200 or more for a roof re-seal. The average roof takes about ten tubes - GO FIGURE!

PS: Last time I looked, caulk guns were $1.99 at LOWES
This is what I just used to replace my lap sealant. You can apply it right over the lap sealant. It's more expensive yes. I found it online for $60 a roll. But once you do it once it's done forever. I think rv manuafacturers should put this on at the factory. No more worries about a leak in my rubber roof now.
You can by EPDM lap sealant at most roofing supply houses, but as a walk in you will probably pay $4-$5 / tube. Most will stock black, some will have white also. They will also have urethane caulk you could use. The eternabond is an excellent product also.
As for sealing any seam joint movement will be your enemy, and surface prep (cleaning) is extremely important.
I have contacted alfa systems the company that manufactures the EDPM roof material and they told me to only use the 2 products they reccomnd.(anything else voids the waretee)One is made by them, ita a glue like primer and then 2 coats of the rubber paint. You have to put the 1st coat of paint on within 20-30 min b 4 the primer dries. I figure they are the one who made the roof they should know how to treat it. They also said its normal for black to show after 10 years with no cover put on the rv.and to just re-coat it.
The majority of rubber roofed trailers and RV's are EPDM. If ALFA has their own product now - you are definitely stuck with what they recommend. At this point I suggest anyone with an ALFA coach check that out.
I also heard recently that ALFA has gone into bankruptcy - but I have no details on that.
