cng fuel problem

I pulled a p1152 code out of the truck's computer, I have a 1997 f-250 5.4 ltr that is dedicated cng...no gasoline. It has a 4 speed automatic.

Anyway I was driving on the freeway when the engine light popped on and I noticed a slight skip here and there. When I left a store parking lot and turned the corner the truck started to sputter and then just quit like I had turn the ignition off.

Now I bench tested the two o2 sensors using a small flame from a blow torch to measure if I had a changing electical value that ranges from 0.1 to 0.9 and they seem to react fine so I cleaned them up and popped them back in. I know that the p1152 is not an exact pin point cause for the problem. I grabbed a can of starting fluid and rigged up a vacuum hose tied into the intake manifold and sprayed as I cranked the engine, it started right up and ran fine until I ran out of fluid. I tried to start it back up less the fluid but it will not start so I feel it may be a fuel regulator problem? I know I have pressure 3000 psi going into the regulator because I opened the drain valve on the filter housing which goes right into the regulator and it has plenty of blasting pressure so I am sure that is good.

I have checked for vacuum leaks, pcv valve, dipstick seating etc...

Anyone have an idea about what the problem is I would like to hear it, thanks ahead of time.

You will have to find out exactly what that code means. An O2 sensor failure will NOT cause the engine to quit altogether, just go into "open loop".
