Thoughts on this deal

Okay, here is what my dealer is offering me on my XPLAN deal:

2007 MODEL YEAR
4x4
BLACK CLEARCOAT
P255/70R18 ALL-SEASON OWL 495
SKID PLATE PACKAGE 100
POWER MOONROOF 995
CONVENIENCE PACKAGE 675
HEAVY DUTY TRAILER TOW 395
NAVIGATION RADIO 1,995
POWER LIFTGATE 495
SIRIUS RADIO W/6 MOS SVC 195
CLIMATE CONTROLLED SEATS 625
CHROME EXHAUST PIPE TIP 100
18" MACHINED ALUMINUM WHEEL

MSRP is $45,690.00, XPLAN PRICE is $41,691 and they are offering me 3% lease with 19,500 miles for a total of $685 + TAX = Out The Door At $741 per month on 36 months. This is with First payment + security ($1482 out of pocket).

This still seems a little high to me but they say they cannot deal any less than the XPLAN unless I have a deal from the mail (which I don't).

Thoughts about this deal ?

Thanks

WC

If it seems high dont do it. In 2004 I leased a brand new 2004 Expedition XLT with leather, 5.4 V8 engine, rear entertainment, and more. Sticker was $41,000. Absolutely no money down - walked in and took keys. And my payment is $455 for 36 months. They came over $5,000 off no questions asked plus rebate was another $5,000.Honest.

I think you could BUY a nice used 07 Expy for less than that a month...you may have to wait a couple months though.

Are they correct in what they are telling me that the XPLAN price is what it is and cannot be discounted further ?
