Have you tried www.installdr.com ?
Most ground wires are Black.

Speaker Wire in 98 Ford F150
Most speakers will work even if you swap the positive and negative leads around. The speaker will have a wave form that's 180 degrees out of phase. I don't think this does any damage, I've never blown a speaker this way. It's sounds the same to me.
